Treat yourself to a break filled with history and unique flavor combinations! Inside the charming 1920s waiting hall, we serve quality hot dogs from the renowned local butcher Strøm-Larsen. You can top them with homemade condiments inspired by different regions of Norway—whether you want to try creamy mushroom stew from the east or fresh shrimp salad from the southern coast.
Don’t miss out on our creamy soft-serve ice cream featuring the café’s very own homemade toppings. Challenge your taste buds with exciting Norwegian-inspired combinations like smoked pork belly and brown cheese, or enjoy sweet, dried lingonberries with caramelized white chocolate.
The café is located in the Open-Air Museum by the large festival square.
Open every day in summer 12:00–17:00
